Change in management
The handover of the company on 01.07.2024 is also accompanied by a change in management. Jürgen Ehret and Roman Lerchenmüller will form the new management team at Grimminger Schleiftechnik GmbH, replacing Andrea and Oliver Riedmüller as Managing Directors.
Jürgen Ehret has held various positions at Grimminger Schleiftechnik over the past 35 years. Most recently, the graduate industrial engineer was in charge of the company's sales and development activities and had also been an authorized signatory since 2006. In his new position, Jürgen Ehret will remain in close contact with customers and will work closely with the production managers and planning departments in his new role.
Roman Lerchenmüller has been working as an entrepreneur since 2016 and will actively support Jürgen Ehret in his role as Managing Director. His tasks include the integration of the companies into the holding company and the cooperation between the two companies within the group.
Andrea and Oliver Riedmüller will accompany the transition phase in an advisory capacity and continue to contribute their expertise and experience.
